Applicants are screened based on qualifications, successful completion of the interview process and a background and criminal investigation so it is very important to be thorough and detailed on the application materials.
Responsible to the park manager or assistant park ranger to provide services in the concession and marina operation of Fort Stevenson State Park. Requires ability to work evening, weekends and holidays.

• Will be required to perform cleaning and maintenance duties of the park concession and marina areas including kitchen, dining area, restrooms, docks and grounds.
• Perform food service operations such as food preparation, beverages and serving the general public.
• Performs duties associated with serving the general public to include retail sales of food, beverages, gas, rentals, etc.
• Must adhere to the ND Health Department’s food service standards.
• Complete reports and forms such as daily closing reports which includes reconciliation of sales and account for funds.
• Must have the ability to understand and communicate information to park visitors in person or by telephone.
• Must have the ability to use a Point of Sale system (POS) and credit card machine;
• Must have the ability to work in a food service and marina setting;
• Must be able to wear necessary health and safety equipment along with an assigned park uniform.
• Requires valid driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicles.
